Fri-YAY, App Day Presents: Randomly

TGIF!

(Remember when that used to be the thing?  Step by Step and Family Matters and now it's all TGIT with How to Get Away With Murder and Scandal... Not that adult me doesn't love HTGAWM & Scandal, but it's like TGIF=childhood... end rant.)

Anyway, welcome to my first Fri-YAY, App Day post! Every Friday I plan to highlight a new/cool/life changing app that I have come across for my classroom. These will usually be shorter than my Tech Tip Tuesday posts; however, I hope for them to be just as helpful!

And now for your regularly scheduled post:
Do you HATE wasting time grouping your kids? Are you sick of fumbling with popsicle sticks to make sure you are picking your students fairly? Then this post is for you! This Fri-YAY, App Day I am going to be sharing a life changing app called "Randomly".

This FREE Random student picker not only selects random students for you to call on, it also has the option to r a n d o m l y create groups based on how many groups you want OR how many students you want in each group! Added Bonus: students love when we use the app!

Real(ish) quotes from 4th graders:
"Mrs. Worsley, can we please use Randomly?!"
"Put Randomly under the Elmo so we can see how it picks our groups!"
"She's got her phone in her hand, I hope she's going to use Randomly!"

Head to the App Store NOW to get this classroom improving, kid loving, student engaging app! Don't forget, I'd love to hear feedback so leave a comment below :)

You can create more than              Add & Delete Students
1 class or section!                               as needed.
